Jim and Joan are an amazing team. Also, Alexa (a new trainee) jumped in a few times to assist with the process and learn. As a first time home buyer they took the time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. They helped answer an abundance of first time buyer questions and spent extra time showing me all the different houses I wanted to see. They stuck with me through the extended time it took to finally decide on a place. When closing finally came, they were very helpful and explained many different aspects of the finalization paperwork.

We cannot thank Jim and Joan enough for everything they did to find us the perfect home! We were out of state buyers and that made circumstances a little more challenging, as we could not view every house personally. We made the 7-8 hour trip to VA a few times to look at houses with them. They took the time to really get to know our needs and preferences. On our last trip we found a house we loved and were outbid. We were so disappointed, but they assured us that they would find something even better for us. They certainly came through! We received a call from them after they viewed a house they knew we would love. Our trust in them was so strong, that we purchased our house based on pictures and their opinion! Two days after the contract was signed we went to see our home, just as expected, it was perfect! We are thrilled and you will be too if you work with them!
